Nokia E65 - Slide out phone integrates with leading VOIP applications

The Nokia E65 has been designed for easy access to the most frequently used applications from the One Touch keys on the front cover.

Users can make conference calls, access their contacts database, mute and unmute calls, and access an application of choice through 'My Own' key with just one push of a button.

Active Standby, the capability to customize the phone display to show and provide quick access to user-defined applications, together with One Touch keys, simplifies connecting to business and personal applications and switching between tasks.

Furthermore, the E65 can be integrated with leading corporate telephony systems - with Nokia Intellisync Call Connect for Cisco, Nokia Intellisync Call Connect for Alcatel and Avaya one-X Mobile Edition for Nokia solutions. The E65 also supports the most used corporate and consumer email solutions.

Nokia E61i adds camera with new look

A re-designed look for the E61 has resulted in the E61i - this handset now includes a 2 Mega-pixel camera (though cameras are still seen by some to be a liability in corporate devices Nokia insist that this has been requested) as well as an overall sleek finish. The QWERTY keyboard offers instand access to your data with dedicated function keys to the main applications.

3G/GPRS connectivity with included Wifi ensure connection throughout the world to email and internet.

US Daylight Savings changes may affect your Blackberry

The rules for North American Daylight Saving Time change on 11th March 2007. This may affect your BlackBerry service, causing appointments and reminders to appear one hour late on some BlackBerry handhelds.

The changes are only relevant to you if:

1. You ever use your BlackBerry handheld in the United States or Canada

2. You have handheld calendar appointments shared with colleagues who create those appointments with computers based in the United States or Canada.

Nokia E90 Communicator released

Thought by some to be the Communicator Nokia should have released more than two years ago the E90 Communicator continues Nokia's popular landscape clamshell business data device range.

Introducing both hi-speed data in the form of 3G, HSDPA and Wifi and built-in GPS global positioning this device will be seen as the holy grail by those who lamented the lack of these services in the 9300 series.

The large horizontal display is almost unique in this age of the Blackberry look-a-like thumbpad keyboard handsets currently flooding the market, and gives those looking to replace the laptop (in some situations) a more comfortable data entry with the full-width screen and easy access keyboard.
