We have launched Version 3 of FeaturePlus the latest release of our hosted IP telephony solution for home workers, SME and sole traders.
Using any Broadband connection (Ethernet Connection) the IP telephone provides access to the FeaturePlus service for the small branch office with up to 7 extensions. Branch offices can now not only benefit from a whole range of calling and network features provided with the service, but also from using leading edge IP Phone technology A single IP telephone phone can be provided with up to 2 phone lines as standard – one handset, two phone numbers and no need for an additional BT line. This is ideal for a sole trader who would like one phone number for sales calls and another phone number for support calls from existing customers. Each line can have a different ring tone associated with it and this, along with the LCD display, means the user can then tell whether the incoming call is a sales call or a support call. The user can also select which line to call out from.
Do you have home workers in your organisation?
If yes, then why not provide each worker with a FeaturePlus IP Phone? Each phone is sent preconfigured for use and the home worker simply plugs the phone in to an existing broadband router. In seconds home workers have a dedicated business line, with a dedicated phone number (any area code in the UK can be provided - contact us for details) and access to a huge range of calling and network features designed to facilitate flexible working. All your home workers can be managed remotely from your central office, as the service platform (http://www.featureplus.com) can be accessed from any internet connection. If they change address, they simply pick up their phone and plug it in at their new home. AND their phone number and settings stay with them.
For more details contact your business development manager or contact us direct here.
