Manual setup instructions for BlackBerry Tethered Modem Use

WARNING: Please confirm with your IT administrator that the use of a Blackberry handset as a tethered modem is NOT restricted within your network.
The following will NOT work if your company has IT policies in place which bar the method below.

To use your Blackberry handset as a tethered modem (GPRS/3G modem via USB connection) please use the following settings to create a manual dialup connection.

• Blackberry_modem_letstalk.txt
• Blackberry_modem_o2.txt
• Blackberry_modem_vodafone.txt

NOTE: Please confirm with your account coordinator that the appropriate network APN has been added to your subscription.
Data use through this method is not within the Blackberry all inclusive monthly charge - a separate Mb rate will be applied.
